Year 2012 starts another lunar cycle for the fan-shaped series. In this series, the obverse of the coin depicts China's national emblem and it is in sync with the other Lunar Dragon issues by China Mint. Unlike the first series, this series is issued as Proof strike and with an increased mintage of 80,000.
